超细粉煤灰对CFB炉渣免烧砖抗冻性的影响研究

摘要: 利用掺超细粉煤灰的CFB炉渣免烧砖的表观密度、抗压强度、吸水率以及冻融质量损失率,研究了超细粉煤灰对CFB炉渣免烧砖抗冻性的影响及其机理.结果表明:超细粉煤灰可以显著提高CFB炉渣免烧砖的抗压强度和抗冻性,表观密度与抗压强度随着超细粉煤灰掺量增加先增加后降低,当超细粉煤灰掺量为5%时,CFB炉渣免烧砖的抗压强度达到最大值(134.6 MPa),CFB炉渣免烧砖经15次冻融循环后质量损失率随着超细粉煤灰掺量的增加而降低,在超细粉煤灰掺量为5%时达到最低.

Abstract: The effect of ultrafine fly ash on freeze resistance of CFB slagbaking -free bricks was studied by means of apparent density, compressive strength, water absorption and mass loss rate after freeze -thawed. The influence and mechanism of ultra -fine ash content on compressive strength andfreeze resistance of the materials was investigated.The apparent density and compressive strength increase first and then decrease with the increase of the amount of ultra -fine fly ash.When ultra-fine fly ash content is 5%, the compressive strength of CFB slag baking -free bricks reaches the maximum value (134.6 MPa).After 15 freeze-thaw cycles, the mass loss rate of CFB slagbaking-free bricks decreased with the increase of the content of ultra-fine fly ash and reached the lowest when the content of ultra -fine fly ash was 5%.
