温度制度及造孔剂用量对煤矸石基多孔陶瓷膜支撑体性能的影响

Influence of Temperature System and Pore Former Content on the Properties of Coal Gangue Based Porous Ceramic Membrane Support

摘要: 以工业废弃物煤矸石为原料,通过挤压成型和高温反应烧结法制备了管状煤矸石基多孔陶瓷膜支撑体.考察了在不同温度制度及造孔剂用量的条件下,煤矸石支撑体的抗压强度、开孔率和空气渗透速率等性能的变化情况.分别采用TG-DSC、SEM和XRD技术对煤矸石和支撑体样品进行热分析、微观形貌及物相组成分析.研究表明,温度制度和造孔剂用量很大程度地影响支撑体性能,在烧结温度为1100℃、保温1 h、造孔剂用量为5%的情况下制备的支撑体性能最佳,开孔率为51.23%,抗压强度为4.51 MPa,空气渗透速率为30.12 m 3·h-1·m-2·kPa-1.

Abstract: Tubular porous ceramic membrane supports were prepared by extrusion forming and high temperature sintering process using coal gangue as raw material .The influences of temperature system and dosage of pore former on the porosity , compressive strength and air permeation rate of the support were investigated.Thermal analysis, microstructure and phase composition analysis of coal gangue and supports were carried out by means of TG-DSC, SEM and XRD respectively.Research shows that the temperature system and the amount of pore former have great influence on the performance of the support . The excellent performance of supports with open porosity of 51.23%, compressive strength of 4.51 MPa and the air permeability of 30.12 m 3 · h-1 · m-2 · kPa-1 can be fabricated under the sintering temperature of 1100 ℃, holding time of 1 h, 5% pore forming agent.
