等体积砂浆法再生混凝土的抗冻性能试验研究

Experimental Study on Frost Resistance of Recycled Concrete with Equivalent Volume Mortar Method

摘要: 针对加拿大学者提出的新型再生混凝土配合比设计方法—等体积砂浆法(EMV法)所配制的再生混凝土在工作性能方面存在缺陷,未能推广应用.本试验旨在原EMV法基础上掺入高效减水剂和粉煤灰对该方法进行优化改进,对改进后EMV法,传统替代法配制的不同配合比再生混凝土的力学性能和抗冻性能与对照组普通混凝土进行对比研究.结果表明:应用改进后的等体积砂浆法配制的再生混凝土工作性能有了较大改善,立方体抗压强度变化规律与普通混凝土基本一致,而传统替代法配制的再生混凝土强度较低;根据质量损失率、相对动弹性模量等指标发现改进后的EMV法配制的各组再生混凝土抗冻性能均优于传统替代法配制的再生混凝土.

Abstract: Equivalent volume mortar method (EMV method) was a new method proposed by Canadian scientists in recent years for recycled concrete .But it was failed to put into practical application because its poor ease of work.The purpose of this experiment was to optimize the method by adding high efficiency water reducing agent and fly ash on the basis of the original EMV method .The modified EMV method and the traditional alternative method were used to prepare the recycled concrete with different mix ratio, and compared with the ordinary concrete of the reference group , the mechanical properties and the frost resistance were analyzed.The results show that the performance of the recycled concrete prepared by the improved equal volume mortar method has been greatly improved .The variation law of compressive strength of recycled concrete cubes prepared by equal volume mortar method are basically the same as those of ordinary concrete, while the the traditional replacement method has lower strength .At the same time, according to the mass lose rates and the relative dynamic modulus of elasticity , it is found that the frost resistance of the recycled concrete prepared by the improved EMV method is better than the recycled concrete prepared by the traditional replacement method .
