国内铅锌尾矿建材化研究进展

Progress on Domestic Investigation of Building Materials Conversion from Lead-Zinc Tailing

摘要: 中国是世界铅锌生产大国.在2002年~2015年间,我国铅锌矿山产量累计7140万吨,按照铅锌尾矿平均产生系数3.6,我国铅锌尾矿的累计排放量约5亿吨.大量废弃的铅锌尾矿不仅占用良田,而且长久地污染环境,因此铅锌尾矿的资源化研究迫在眉睫.建材化是铅锌尾矿资源化的一个重要内容,国内在这方面取得了显著的成果.本文综述了国内最近十多年铅锌尾矿建材化的研究现状及发展趋势,然后指出了当前国内铅锌尾矿建材化存在的问题,并给出了解决思路.

Abstract: China is the largest country of lead-zinc production in the world.In 2002-2015,Chinese cumulative mine production of lead-zinc mines was 71.4 million tons,and the cumulative emission of lead-zinc tailing was about 500 million tons based on the average generation coefficient of lead-zinc mine tailing of 3.6.A good deal of discarded lead-zinc tailing not only occupy fertile lands,but also pollute the environment for a long time.It is urgent to study the utilization of lead and zinc tailing.Building materials prepared by lead-zinc tailing is an important part of its resource utilization,and remarkable achievements have been made in this area.This paper summarizes the research status and development trend of the building materials transformed from lead-zinc tailing in recent ten years in China,and then points out the existing problems and propose the solution ideas.
