摘要: 硅纳米线是一种新型低维度纳米材料,在太阳能电池、锂离子电池、场效应晶体管、生物传感器等方面具有广泛应用.较详细地介绍了硅纳米线的气液固、固液固、氧化物辅助三种生长机理,并总结各种生长机理优缺点.最后,介绍硅纳米线的相关应用,并展望其发展趋势.

Abstract: Silicon nanowire is a new type of low-dimensional nanomaterials,which are widely used in solar cells,lithium-ion batteries,field effect transistors and biosensors.The mechanism of gas-liquid-solid growth,solid-liquid-solid growth and oxide-assisted growth were detailedly introduced.The advantages and disadvantages of various growth mechanisms were summarized.Finally,the related applications of silicon nanowire were also introduced and then looking forward to its development tendency.
