贝利特活化的研究进展

摘要: 传统硅酸盐水泥的生产由于消耗大量资源和能源,以及排放大量的CO2而面临巨大挑战,水泥工业的低碳生产显得尤为迫切.从改善以贝利特矿物为主低碳水泥性能的角度,分析了提高贝利特水化活性的原理,通过对比3种活化方法的利弊,发现化学掺杂法最为有效,并且B2O3掺杂对贝利特的活化效果比较突出.同时也指出引入硫硅酸钙等高活性矿物不仅对水泥的性能改善有积极作用,而且对于低碳水泥的开发具有重要的现实意义.

Abstract: The production of traditional Portland cement is facing great challenge because of consuming a large amount of resources and energy,as well as emitting of CO2,therefore,it is urgent to produce low-carbon cements.In order to improve the properties of low-carbon cements with high amount of belite,the article analyzed the principle of belite activation and compared the advantages and disadvantages of three methods.The results show that chemical doping is the most effective method and the effect of B2O3 doping on belite activation is quite remarkable.It is also pointed out that the introduction of calcium sulfosilicate not only play a positive role in improving cement performance,but also have important practical significance for the development of low-carbon cement.
