再生骨料混凝土抗氯离子渗透性能研究进展

Research Progress on the Chloride Permeability of Recycled Aggregate Concrete

摘要: 氯离子侵蚀是影响混凝土结构耐久性的主要因素之一,再生骨料要作结构性材料,须明确再生骨料混凝土的抗氯离子渗透性能.从界面过渡区特征分析了再生混凝土中氯离子的渗透机理,综述了再生骨料取代率、水灰比、掺合料、施工工艺、应力水平等因素对再生混凝土抗氯离子渗透性能的影响,并阐述了再生骨料强化对再生混凝土抗氯离子渗透的改进效果.最后指出需进一步研究多因素耦合作用下再生混凝土的抗氯离子渗透性能.

Abstract: Chloride-induced corrosion is one of the main factors affecting the durability of concrete structure.Before the recycled aggregate (RA) is used as a structural material,it is necessary to clarify the chloride permeability of recycled aggregate concrete (RAC).The mechanism of chloride permeability of RAC was analyzed from the characteristics of interfacial transition zone,and the influence of many factors,such as RA replacement rate,water-to-cement ratio,admixture,construction technology,stress level,on the chlorine permeability of RAC was summarized.And the improvement effect of RA modification on chloride penetration resistance of RCA was described.Finally,it is pointed out that the further investigation on the chloride permeability of RAC under multi-factor coupling action is requisite and significant.
