铁相对铁铝酸盐水泥熟料形成的影响

Effect of Ferrite Phase on Formation of Ferroaluminate Cement Clinker

摘要: 铁相固溶体(以下简称铁相)是铁铝酸盐水泥熟料中的重要矿物,但其对铁铝酸盐水泥熟料的烧成及性能影响尚不完全明确。采用综合热分析、易烧性分析、X射线衍射和岩相分析方法对不同铁相含量的铁铝酸盐水泥熟料形成进行了研究。结果表明:铁相含量增加对铁铝酸盐水泥熟料形成过程中吸、放热反应温度没有明显影响,但会导致熟料烧成过程中液相量显著增加。铁相含量增加对铁铝酸盐水泥熟料形成过程中的石膏化合生成C4A3$\bar{S}$有阻碍作用,但对熟料烧结以及熟料矿物晶体生长有促进作用。在铁铝酸盐水泥熟料形成过程中,当煅烧温度超过1 250 ℃时过渡矿物C5S2$\bar{S}$才完全消失,当煅烧温度超过1 350 ℃时,C4A3$\bar{S}$大量分解,适宜的烧成温度范围为1 250~1 350 ℃。

Abstract: Ferrite phase solid solution(hereinafter ferrite phase)is an important mineral in ferroaluminate cement clinker, but its effect on the sintering and properties of ferroaluminate cement clinker is not completely clear. The formation of ferroaluminate cement clinker with different ferrite phase content was studied by comprehensive thermal analysis, burnability analysis, X-ray diffraction and petrographic analysis methods. The results show that the increase of ferrite phase content has no significant effect on the endothermic and exothermic reaction temperature during the formation process of ferroaluminate cement clinker, but it makes liquid phase content increase obviously during the sintering process of clinker. The increasing of ferrite phase content has a hindering effect on the formation of C4A3$\bar{S}$ during the formation process of ferroaluminate cement clinker, but it promotes the sintering of clinker and the growth of clinker mineral crystals. In the formation process of ferroaluminate cement clinker, the transition minerals C5S2$\bar{S}$ disappear completely when the calcination temperature up to 1 250 ℃. When the calcination temperature up to 1 350 ℃, a large amount of C4A3$\bar{S}$ will decompose. The suitable sintering temperature range is 1 250~1 350 ℃.
