Progress on Preparation of Calcium Carbonate using Phosphogypsum

摘要: 磷石膏制备无机材料碳酸钙可以提高磷石膏利用的附加值,原因是通过磷石膏制备的碳酸钙在填料、涂料和聚合物改性等领域已得到广泛的应用.本文简述了综合利用磷石膏可通过硫酸铵副产制备轻质或其他类型的碳酸钙、硫酸钠(钾)或硫酸副产制备碳酸钙和制备碳酸钙晶须等的研究现状,还重点介绍了碳酸钙制备过程中原料杂质、杂质预处理、添加剂和其他工艺参数等对产物结构与形貌等的影响,并进一步指出硫酸铵副产制碳酸钙仍然是下一步的主要研究方向.

Abstract: Calcium carbonate, which could be prepared by using phosphogypsum in order to improve the additional value of phosphogypsum utilization , is a inorganic material. Calcium carbonate from phosphogypsum preparation of has also been widely applied in the fields of packing , coating and polymer modification, and so on.In the paper, based on comprehensive utilization of phosphogypsum , the research state of preparation for by-product calcium carbonate ( light or other type ) with ammonium sulfate, calcium carbonate with sodium sulfate or sulfuric acid , calcium carbonate whisker, etc.is introduced.And then, Some factors, which has influence on the structure and morphology of products , such as the impurity of raw materials, impurity pretreatment, additives, other process parameters, are focused on. In future research, that ammonium sulfate and by-product calcium carbonate from phosphogypsum is still the major research direction is further indicated .
