Performance of Magnesium Potassium Phosphate Cement-BasedAnticorrosive Coating with High Fluidity under Long-TermSoaking in Different Solutions

摘要: 为了探究大流动性磷酸钾镁水泥(MKPC)基防腐涂层在不同溶液环境下的性能,将大流动性磷酸钾镁水泥浸泡于淡水、5%硫酸钠溶液及3.5%氯化钠溶液(同为质量分数)三种腐蚀环境下,测试其强度、干缩率、吸水率,从而建立长期浸泡下性能劣化规律模型,并且以SEM-EDS、XRD对MKPC基防腐涂层在长期浸泡下的腐蚀机理进行分析。结果表明大流动性MKPC在淡水环境下耐腐蚀性能较好,在3.5%氯化钠溶液和5%硫酸钠溶液环境下耐腐蚀性能更好。

Abstract: In order to explore the performance ofmagnesium potassium phosphate cement (MKPC)-based anticorrosive coating with high fluidity in different solution environments,the strength,dry shrinkage and water absorption of MKPC-based anticorrosive coating were tested by immersion in fresh water,5% sodium sulfate solution and 3.5% sodium chloride solution (both are mass fraction).In addition,the corrosion mechanism of MKPC-based anticorrosive coating under long-term soaking was analyzed by SEM-EDS and XRD.The results show that the high fluidity MKPC has good corrosion resistance in fresh water environment,and better corrosion resistance in 3.5% sodium chloride solution and 5% sodium sulfate solution.
