全氧燃烧玻璃熔池的三维数值模拟

Three-dimensional Numerical Simulation of Oxy-fuel Glass Tanky

摘要: 采用Spaceclaim建立了全氧燃烧玻璃窑炉熔池的三维模型,利用ANSYS Fluent18.0对玻璃熔化过程中的温度及速度变化规律进行研究.研究表明,从熔池底部到液面温度场呈梯度升高,熔化部温度基本维持在1150~1300℃之间,热点位置温度最高,此处的玻璃呈完全熔融状态,玻璃液流动速度0.0032 m/s,同时从模拟的流线图可以看出,熔池内存在这三大回流.模拟结果与工业实测及实验数据基本吻合,该模拟对于理解玻璃成型过程中的温度及速度变化规律,指导工业实际具有一定的意义.

Abstract: The three-dimensional of Oxy-fuel Glass Tanky was developed by Spaceclaim , and through ANSYS Fluent18.0 of the temperature and velocity field in the process of glass melting .The results show that the temperature increases from glass surface to bottom with gradient sign , the melting tank of temperature maintains between 1150 and 1300 ℃, the highest temperature at hot spot , the glass is completely molten, velocity is 0.0032 m/s, at the same time can be seen from the simulation flow chart , there are three large reflux in the glass tanky.The simulation results are in accord with the measured and experimental data.The simulation is helpful in understanding of the laws of temperature and velocity variation in the process of glass forming and guiding the industrial practice .
