Condition Assessment of Corroded Reinforced Concrete Component Considering Degradation of Load Carrying Capacity

摘要: 将锈蚀对受弯构件承载力的影响引入到钢筋混凝土结构的评估工作中.首先,总结出已有的锈蚀钢筋混凝土梁承载力计算公式,结合本课题组试验对其分析验证,对适用性较好的计算方法加以修正,以提高其可靠性,并且以此公式作为安全性评估中承载力计算公式.之后,结合构造与支撑、位移与变形、裂缝等方面情况,对钢筋混凝土构件进行状态评估.最后,通过工程实例对改进后的评估方法进行试用,并与传统方法进行比较,结果表明改进方法是适用且可靠的.

Abstract: The effect of corrosion on the load carrying capacity was investigated in the condition assessment of reinforced concrete structure.First, the available formula for calculating the bending capacity of corroded reinforced concrete component is summarized and verified by our test data.After adjusted by test data for increasing its reliability,the best formula is used to calculate the load carrying capacity during the safety assessment.Then, the condition assessment of concrete component is carried out according to the construction, deflection, cracks and load carrying capacity.Finally, the proposed method was used to assess the condition of an existing structure for verifying its feasibility.The results show that the condition assessment method of corroded reinforced concrete component considering degradation of load carrying capacity is suitable and reliable.
