酸法还原浸出电解锰渣中锰和铁的工艺条件和动力学分析

Technology Conditions and Kinetics Analysis of Manganese and Iron Ions Leaching from Electrolytic Manganese Residue by Acid Reduction

摘要: 研究酸法还原浸出电解锰渣中锰、铁的影响因素和动力学机制,并初步分析了反应机理.结果表明:增加反应温度、浸出时间均有助于锰、铁浸出率的提高.在85℃、4mL/g液固比、1.67mol/LH2SO4、0.2mol/LH2C2O4、120min浸出时间的条件下,锰、铁浸出率分别为99.9%和79.3%.反应机理为电解锰渣中难溶物Mn2O3、CaMn2O4、Fe(OH)3在酸性溶液中与H2C2O4发生还原反应形成易溶组分.锰、铁的浸出过程符合内扩散控制模型,表观活化能分别为21.6kJ/mol和17.9kJ/mol.

Abstract: Influential factors, kinetics mechanism and simple reaction theory of manganese and iron ions leaching from electrolytic manganese residue (EMR) by acid reduction were studied.Results show that the leaching ratios of manganese and iron ions are raised by increasing reaction temperature and leaching time.The leaching ratios of manganese and iron ions reach respectively 99.9% and 79.3% under the optimum conditions of 85 ℃, liquid-solid ratio of 4 mL/g, H2SO4 concentration of 1.67 mol/L, H2C2O4 concentration of 0.2 mol/L and leaching time of 120 min.The reaction theory is that insoluble substances, Mn2O3, CaMn2O4 and Fe(OH)3 from the EMR, react with H2C2O4 by reduction to form easily dissolved components.The kinetics processes of manganese and iron ions leaching by acid reduction follow the internal diffusion-controlled mode.The apparent activation energies of manganese and iron ions leaching are determined to be 21.6 kJ/mol和17.9 kJ/mol, respectively.
