埃洛石纳米管管内结构改造及其性能的研究

摘要: 以尿素、3-APTES及NaL为添加组分,以锌元素为基团负载位置示踪元素,对埃洛石纳米管进行管内结构改造.研究发现,采用一定的制备技术可做到主要针对管内进行改造;以尿素、3-APTES及NaL为添加组分时,可对该纳米管的孔容特征产生较为明显的影响.对上述样品测定其吸附脱硫效果,结果显示:经过改造后埃洛石纳米管的脱硫率较原管均有所提高,并且其脱硫率的增长趋势与改造样品的孔容数据呈顺变关系.

Abstract: Modified inner surface of natural Halloysite using urea, 3-APTES and HDTMA as additive components and Zn as trace probe.We found that the preparation technology can be used to transform the inner surface of the Halloysite accurately.An obvious effect on pore volume has been observed while the Halloysite was modified by urea, 3-APTES and HDTMA.The modified Halloysite as adsorbent was applied in desulfurization, and the result shows that the desulfurization rate of modified HNTs is higher than that of original HNTs.The bigger the pore volume of the modified materials was, the bigger the desulfurization rate of functional materials was.
