温度对高强喷射混凝土性能的影响

Effect of Temperature on the Properties of High Strength Sprayed Concrete

摘要: 主要研究了温度对矿用高强喷射混凝土凝结时间、抗压强度及耐久性的影响.结果表明,当温度在10~15 ℃之间时,随着温度的升高凝结时间下降速率最快;当温度在20~30 ℃之间时,随着温度的升高凝结时间基本不再变化.当温度在10~20 ℃时,矿用高性能喷射混凝土的抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能较强.当温度在20~30 ℃时,矿用高性能喷射混凝土氯离子扩散系数很低.当养护温度在5~15 ℃时,对矿用高性能喷射混凝土的抗冻性能比较有利.

Abstract: The effect of temperature on the setting time,compressive strength and durability of high strength concrete were studied.The results show that: when the temperature between 10-15 ℃,with the increase of temperature setting time decreases most quickly;when the temperature is between 20-30 ℃,with the increase of temperature setting time does not change the basic.When the curing temperature is at 10-20 ℃,high performance jet erosion ability of sulphate resistance of concrete.When the temperature is at 20-30 ℃,high performance jet concrete chloride ion diffusion coefficient is very low.When the curing temperature is at 5-15 ℃,more favorable to the frost resistance of high performance concrete.
