季节性冻土区水泥冷再生混合料疲劳特性研究

Fatigue Properties of Cement Cold Recycling Mixtures(CCRM) in Seasonally Frozen Soil Region

摘要: 青海地处季节性冻土区,复杂的自然环境对沥青路面造成严重影响.为系统分析该地区沥青混合料疲劳特性,以沥青混凝土路面铣刨回收料不同级配为基准,通过室内对比试验,对不同水泥掺量的冷再生混合料疲劳特性进行研究.结果表明:水泥冷再生混合料(CCRM)的疲劳寿命与应力强度比之间存在良好的双对数关系,即lgS=a-blgN,回归系数a、b分别在0.116~0.161、0.068~0.084范围内取值;基面层比例对CCRM疲劳特性影响显著,基面层比例为12:5的CCRM疲劳特性明显优于基面层比例为1:1的CCRM疲劳特性;水泥剂量对CCRM疲劳特性影响不大,在基面层比例相同,水泥剂量不同的条件下lgN随lgS的变化规律基本一致.

Abstract: Qinghai is located in seasonally frozen soil region,and its complex natural environment brings serious impact to asphalt pavement.In order to analyze the fatigue properties of CCRM systematically in the region,taking asphalt pavement milling recycling material of different gradation as a benchmark,by proposing the indoor experiments,studying the fatigue properties of CCRM that had different amount of cement content.The results show that there is a good double logarithmic relationship between fatigue life and stress level,lgS=a-blgN,the regression coefficient a is 0.116-0.161,and b is 0.068-0.084.The proportion of base and surface has great influences on fatigue properties of CCRM,when the proportion of base and surface is 12:5,the fatigue properties is better than that under the condition when the proportion of base and surface is 1:1.The amount of cement content almost has no influence on the fatigue properties of CCRM.Under the condition of different amount of cement content and same proportion of base and surface,the change law of lgN with lgS is basically the same.
