盐化三乙醇胺对水泥粉磨效率及性能的影响

Impact of Salinization Triethanolamine on Grinding Efficiency of Cement and Properties

摘要: 利用乙酸对三乙醇胺进行盐化,合成三乙醇胺乙酸盐助磨剂(YGA),进一步降低三乙醇胺的使用成本.合成助磨剂与水泥熟料和石膏以一定比例混合在球磨机中进行粉磨.在不同掺量下,通过测定水泥粉体筛余、比表面积、粒度分布以及水泥浆体的抗压强度、孔径分布、SEM,发现盐化后的三乙醇胺助磨效果较为显著.研究结果表明:以掺三乙醇胺为参比,YGA在最佳掺量0.03%时,45μm筛余减少6.2%,比表面积增加了8 m2/kg,3~32μm颗粒含量增加了2.5%,微小孔含量增加,各龄期强度均有所提高.

Abstract: In order to reduce the cost of using triethanolamine , so we use acetic acid salinize triethanolamine compounding the grinding aids of acetic acid triethanolamine salt .It was used for cement grinding experiment in the ball mill .Under the different dosages , the changes of cement powder′s sieve residue , specific surface area , sieve residue , size distribution , the compressive strength , pore size distribution and SEM of the cement pastes were tested .Changes had a significant impact on grinding effects.According to the results, when the amount of YGA is 0.03%, the sieve residue of 45 μm lowered by 6.2%.Specific surface area increased by 8 m2/kg,the particle size distribution of cement which ranges from 3 to 32μm increased 2 .5%.Micro-pore content of cement pastes increased , the each age compressive strength of the cement pastes have improved .
