膏体倾斜管道自流输送水力坡度研究

Hydraulic Gradient of Conveying Paste by Gravity Flow in Inclined Pipe

摘要: 通过倾角为40°、50°和60°的膏体管道输送试验结果,分析了膏体管道输送水力坡度的影响因素,研究了膏体屈服应力和刚度系数与膏体浓度的关系.在水平管道水力坡度计算公式的基础上,通过分析发现,倾斜管道中的水力坡度相对于水平管道水力坡度减少值与福氏数、浆体浓度和管道倾角有关.通过绘图分析以上参数对水力坡度减少值函数的影响规律,给出了水力坡度减小值函数的表达式,进而给出了膏体倾斜管道自流输送水力坡度的计算模型.采用70°倾角膏体输送试验结果对作者所提出的模型进行了检验,发现最大偏差在12%以内.

Abstract: The influence factors of the hydraulic gradient of the paste pipeline transportation was analysized by the test results of the paste pipeline transportation with the dip angle of 40 degrees, 50 degrees and 60 degrees, and studys the relationship between the yield stress and the paste concentration and the relationship between stiffness coefficient and paste concentration . Based on the calculation formula of hydraulic gradient of horizontal pipeline , through analysis it is found that the decrease of hydraulic gradient relative to the horizontal pipeline is related to the number of Froude number , the concentration of slurry and the inclination of pipeline .Through analyzing the influence law of above parameters for on hydraulic gradient reduction function , gives the expression of gradient reduction function, thus gives the calculation model of hydraulic gradient for paste gravity flow in inclined pipe . The model was tested by the results of 70 degree angle paste transfer test , and the maximum deviation between the model calculating value and test value was found to be less than 12%.
