表面活性剂-水热法一步制备纳米In_2O_3气敏材料

One Step Synthesis of Gas Sensor Material Nanosized In_2O_3 by Surfactant-hydrothermal Method

摘要: 以聚乙二醇600(PEG-600)为表面活性剂,用水热法一步制备了In_2O_3粉体,通过XRD、SEM、TEM等手段对粉体的物相、形貌、粒度等进行表征,结果表明产物的形貌为棒状,平均长度约150 nm,直径约20 nm,分布均匀.采用静态配气法测定材料的气敏性能,发现以In_2O_3为基体的气敏元件在125 ℃的工作温度下对10 ppm NO_2气体的灵敏度高达32.2,并且具有选择性好、响应-恢复时间短等特性.

Abstract: The preparation of In_2O_3 nano-powder used one-step hydrothermal method with PEG-600 as surfactant. Its size, phase and morphology were analyzed by XRD, SEM and TEM. The gas sensing characteristics of the materials were tested in static slate. The results show that the morphology of In_2O_3 is nanorods with good dispersity. The average length of the as-synthesized nanorods reaches about 150 nm, and the width about 20 nm, giving an aspect ratio of a few hundreds. It has a high sensitivity as high as 32.2 to 10 ppm NO_2 at lower working temperature 125 ℃. The sensor based on In_2O_3 also has satisfactory selectivity, quickly response and recover times.
