聚丙烯腈/水滑石插层共混体系的结构和性能研究

Study on in Situ Polymerization of Polyacrylonitrile / layered Double Hydroxide (PAN/LDH)

摘要: 采用原位聚合法,以过氧化二苯甲酰为引发剂,在形成水滑石的同时单体丙烯腈进入其层间并发生聚合反应,制备出聚丙烯腈/水滑石插层复合材料.用红外光谱、扫描电镜和X射线衍射对这种插层复合材料的结构进行了分析和表征,并对其燃烧性能和热性能进行了初步研究.结果表明:在水滑石片层之间通过原位聚合的方法生成了聚丙烯腈大分子,使水滑石层间距有一定程度的增大.聚丙烯腈/水滑石共混复合物的阻燃性能有一定提高,其极限氧指数(LOI)从18%提高到了21%;耐热性能得到一定程度改善.

Abstract: Using in situ polymerization, the monomer acrylonitrile (AN) was intercalated and polymerized with benzoyl peroxide (BPO) as the initiator between the layer of layered double hydroxide (LDH). The structure of Polyacrylonitrile/layered double hydroxide (PAN/LDH) was characterized by Fourier transformed infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray powder diffraction (XRD). Both the flame retardant property and heat resistant were investigated. The results showed that PAN has been prepared between the layer of LDH by in situ polymerization and the interlay spacing of LDH has been expanded. The LOI of the blend was enhanced from 18% to 21%, which revealed that the flame retardant property has been improved. In addition, the heat resistant has been improved.
