摘要: 以氧化钇、氧化钕和碳酸氢铵为原料,制备出了前驱物经煅烧后颗粒尺寸为40~60 nm的Y_2O_3∶ Nd纳米粉体.该粉体先模压成型、再经冷等静压成型,通过真空烧结和热等静压成功制备出红外平均透过率达72%的Y_2O_3∶ Nd透明陶瓷.

Abstract: In this paper,the Y_2O_3∶ Nd nano-powders with particle size of 40-60 nm was prepared by calcination of the precursor, and Y(NO_3)_3, Nd(NO_3)_3, NH_4HCO_3 worked as raw materials. An average transmittance of infrared up to 72% of the Y_2O_3∶ Nd transparent ceramics were successfully prepared by this powders,which first molding, and then by cold isostatic pressing, through vacuum sintering and hot isostatic pressing.
