Performance of Mortar Based on Phosphogypsum-Based Fine Lightweight Aggregate

摘要: 利用激发剂、矿渣粉、磷石膏(PG)制备磷石膏基细轻骨料(PG-LWA)是回收利用PG的有效途径之一。本文介绍了PG-LWA的制备方法,从物理性能、强度和微观结构等方面对PG-LWA的质量进行了评估;将PG-LWA用于制备水泥砂浆,并测试砂浆试样的扩展度、凝结时间和力学性能。结果表明,在制备PG-LWA时,原材料发生碱激发反应生成了水化硅酸钙(C-S-H)和钙矾石(AFt)等物质,当PG质量分数为70%时,制备得到的PG-LWA的细度模数为4.4,干燥状态下的筒压强度为4.65 MPa,孔隙率为37.29%。当水胶比为0.5、PG质量分数为70%时,用PG-LWA全部替代砂子制备的水泥砂浆的扩展度为213 mm,终凝时间为300 min,28 d抗压强度为22.1 MPa。

Abstract: The preparation of phosphogypsum-based fine lightweight aggregate (PG-LWA) by using activator, slag powder and phosphogypsum (PG) is one of the effective ways to recycle PG. In this paper, the preparation method of PG-LWA was introduced, and the quality of PG-LWA was evaluated from the aspects of physical properties, strength and microstructure. PG-LWA was used to prepare cement mortar, and the expansion, setting time and mechanical properties of mortar samples were tested. The results show that during the preparation of PG-LWA, the raw materials undergo alkali activation reaction to form hydrated calcium silicate (C-S-H) and ettringite (AFt). When the mass fraction of PG is 70%, the fineness modulus of the prepared PG-LWA is 4.4, the cylinder compressive strength at over dry is 4.65 MPa, and the porosity is 37.29%. When the water-binder ratio is 0.5 and the mass fraction of PG is 70%, the expansion degree of cement mortar prepared by replacing sand with PG-LWA is 213 mm, the final setting time is 300 min, and the 28 d compressive strength is 22.1 MPa.
