Abstract: This paper has summarized the chemical structure characteristics of perovskite-type materials and the non-stoichiometry characteristic, adsorption performance, acid-base property, thermal stability, oxidation-reduction performance have also been illustrated.Based on the special structural characteristics and excellent properties of perovskite, its applications of photocatalysis, catalytic oxidation, water-vapor transformation, synthesis of both higher alcohol and methanol have been introduced.
