Duties of Reviewers

Reviewers who feel unqualified to review the articles should notify the editor and excuse themselves from the review process.
Reviewers should not accept peer review when they have conflicts of interest resulting from competitive, collaborative or other relationships with authors, companies, or institutions connected to the articles.
Reviewers give clear opinions on whether the article meets the journal publication standards. They should have no conflict of interest on the research content of the article, and the review work is conducted anonymously.
Review Process
After manuscript submission, the executive editor makes an initial evaluation of the paper to check whether the manuscript meets the requirements of the journal (reject or worthy of consideration).
Two or more experts are invited to peer review the manuscript passed the initial evaluation. The information of authors and institutions will be deleted before the manuscript is sent for review, as double-blind review is used.
The peer review experts are responsible for the scientific evaluation of the manuscripts and recommendation suggestions for further processing of the manuscript (reject or revise).
The editor office makes a comprehensive evaluation of the paper based on peer review recommendations and decide whether to reject it or to re-evaluation.
The manuscript approved by the deputy editor is sent to the editor-in-chief and a final decision will be made after the final review of the editor-in-chief.
