Abstract: Five samples of industrial solid waste were formulated by the different acidity coefficient. The characteristic temperature was tested by ash fusion point determination meter, and the high-temperature viscosity was detected by high-temperature viscosity tester. The result show that the melting temperature increases with the increase of the acidity coefficient during the range of acidity coefficient of 0 . 95-1 . 19 , especially for the sample with higher acidity coefficient. The viscosity of the high-temperature melt always increase with the temperature decreases, when the viscosity increased from 0 mPa·s to 1000 mPa·s, the rate of the viscosity changed with temperature, which seems relate to the content of Fe2 O3 in the test sample, but lack of correlation with the acidity coefficient. As a whole, the rate of the viscosity changed with temperature decrease with the content of Fe2 O3 increases.
