Research on Mechanism of Bonding and Plug Caused by Coal Combustion

Abstract: One of the important reasons is the incomplete combustion of coal in new dry cement kiln system. In this paper, its mechanism was studied and discussed.It shows that the incomplete combustion of coal can decrease the temperature of the transient liquid phase on the system, increase the evaporation rate and the sulfur cycle and generate high local temperature so as to promote the crust bonding and plug effect.
