反应晶种法制备Cu-EBTC金属有机框架膜

Cu-EBTC Metal-Organic Framework Film Fabricated via Reactive Seeding

摘要: 以多孔CuO片为支撑体,采用原位生长法和反应晶种法制备Cu-EBTC金属有机框架膜,并利用粉末X射线衍射仪(PXRD)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM))对膜的物相组成和形貌进行表征.实验结果表明:采用原位生长法不能制得连续致密的Cu-EBTC膜,而采用反应晶种法可以成功制得连续致密的Cu-EBTC膜,这是由于在反应中晶种层可以提供大量的晶核.制备得到的Cu-EBTC金属有机框架膜膜厚约为18μm.

Abstract: The Cu-EBTC metal organic framework film were fabricated on CuO prous support via in -situ growth and reactive seeding.The phase composition and morphology of films were characterized by PXRD and SEM.The results show that the continuous and compact Cu -EBTC metal organic framework film can be obtained by using reactive seeding method , but not in-situ growth, which is due to a large number of crystal nuclei can be provided by the seeding layer in the reaction .The thickness of the Cu-EBTC metal organic framework film is estimated to becirca 18 μm.
