弱碱硫酸盐侵蚀下水泥石产物二水石膏相的研究

Dihydrate Gypsum Phase of Cement Paste under the Sulfate Attacking in Weak Alkaline

摘要: 对弱碱环境下Na2 SO4溶液侵蚀210 d的水泥石进行了研究.利用XRD、SEM、EDS对样品进行了表征,通过K值法定量计算了分别浸泡在0%、5%、10%Na2 SO4溶液中水泥石试样的二水石膏含量,通过分光光度法对试样中自由以及总硫酸根离子含量进行了测定.结果表明随着侵蚀溶液中Na2 SO4浓度的增加,试样中的二水石膏明显增多,其中浸泡在5%、10%Na2 SO4溶液中试样二水石膏的含量分别为3.291%、3.957%.浸泡在10%Na2 SO4溶液中试样有明显的二水石膏脉络.EDS的Line(线扫描)模式发现在近表面有"高硫分布".分光光度法对试样中自由以及总硫酸根离子的测定结果显示浸泡在5%、10%Na2 SO4溶液中试样自由硫酸根离子含量分别是浸泡在水中试样的81倍和85倍.

Abstract: Hardened cement paste immersed in sodium sulfate and weak alkaline solution for 210 d had been investigated.The as-prepared samples were characterized by X -ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and energy dispersive spectrometer(EDS).The contents of dihydrate gypsum which cement paste samples immersed in 0%, 5% and 10% Na2 SO4 solution were calculated by using K value in X-ray diffraction ( XRD), the contents of free and total sulfate ion in the samples were determined by spectrophotometry .The results showed that the contents of dihydrate gypsum in the samples increased significantly with the increase of Na 2 SO4 concentration in the attack solution, the contents of dihydrate gypsum that samples immersed in the 5% and 10% Na2 SO4 solution were 3.291%and 3.957%, respectively.It was found that there was obvious dihydrate gypsum in the sample which soaked in 10% Na2 SO4 solution.We found that samples had a "high sulfur distribution"on the near surface by Line scan mode in EDS.It was found by spectrophotometry that the free sulfate ion content of the samples immersed in 5% and 10% Na2 SO4 solution was 81 times and 85 times of that of the sample immersed in water, respectively.
