凹凸棒基高分子固沙材料的表征及性能研究

Characterization and Function of Polymer Sandfixing Material Based on Attapulgite

摘要: 以酸化凹凸棒石和丙烯酰胺为原料,N-N亚甲基丙烯酰胺为交联剂,过硫酸钾为引发剂,采用水溶液聚合法合成了凹凸棒石基高分子固沙材料.通过研究不同浓度硫酸活化的凹凸棒石基高分子固沙材料的吸水性能、保水性能、pH值以及X衍射以及扫描电镜,结果表明4 mol/L硫酸改性的凹凸棒石基高分子固沙材料具有更好的吸水性能和保水性能;pH值的变化对4 mol/L硫酸改性的凹凸棒石基高分子固沙材料具有较大的影响;X衍射以及扫描电镜表明3 mol/L和4 mol/L硫酸改性的凹凸棒石基高分子固沙材料具有更好的吸附性能.研究结果对于加强深入硫酸改性的凹凸棒石基高分子固沙材料的研究重具有要意义,以期制备出一种新型环保型复合高吸水性凹凸棒石基高分子固沙材料.

Abstract: A novel polyer attapulgite superabsorbent composite was synthesized by aqueous solution polymerization,using acidified attapuigite micropowder and acrylamide as raw materials,N-N'methylene-bisacrylamide as a crosslinker and potassium persulphate as an initiator.Attapulgite was based on polymer materials was treated by H2SO4 aqueous solution,water absorption,water retention,the pH value,XRD and SEM analysis were studied,the results show that the attapulgite is based on polymer materials have the better water absorption,water retention,adsorption performance and the change of the pH value has a better influence which is modified by 4 mol/L H2SO4,XRD and SEM show polymer sand-fixation material base on attapulgite that 3 mol/L and 4 mol/L H2SO4 aqueous solution treated have better adsorption properties.The results show that it is necessary to strengthen the research of acid activation attapulgite based on polymer materials,so it is expected to prepare a new type of environmentally friendly composite superabsorbent sand-fixation material based on attapulgite.
