摘要: 采用机械共混法制备纳米纤维粉/氢氧化铝/氯磺化聚乙烯(CSM)电缆料,研究了CSM电缆料的硫化特性、力学性能、耐老化、耐介质及阻燃性能,并与氢氧化铝,或陶土、硼酸锌、滑石粉与氢氧化铝并用填充CSM电缆料的性能进行了对比;结果表明,纳米纤维粉填充胶的拉伸强度、硬度、300%定伸应力及撕裂强度最大,具有较好的耐老化、耐介质性能,胶料的氧指数稍小于硼酸锌填充胶,但明显大于滑石粉填充胶,纳米纤维粉与氢氧化铝并用产生了协同阻燃效果,提高了电缆料的阻燃性能.

Abstract: A cable material of nano fiber powder/aluminum hydroxide/chlorosulfonated polyethylene was prepared by mechanical blending method. And its vulcanization characteristics,mechanical properties, aging resistance, medium resistance and flame retardancy were studied and compared with the performance of the aluminum hydroxide,or clay,zinc borate,talcum powder together with aluminum hydroxide filled csm rubber. It demonstrates that the tensile strength,hardness,300% tensile strength and tear strength of nano fiber poweder filled rubber are the largest,and it has good ageing resistance and medium resistance,the oxygen index of the rubber is slightly less than the zinc borate filled rubber,but significantly greater than that of talcum powder filled rubber,nano fiber powder together with aluminum hydroxide has synergistic flame retardant effect,improves the flame retardant properties of the cable materials.
