钠离子掺杂对锰氧化物多孔微球电容特性的影响

Influence of Sodium-doped on Porous Manganese Oxides Microsphere as Supercapacitor Electrode

摘要: 采用水热法制备了锰氧化物多孔微球,并以掺杂钠离子的方式对其性能进行了改性.XRD分析揭示掺杂钠离子前后的样品的结构没有发生大的改变,均为水钠锰矿结构,只是(001)峰向低角度偏移,说明掺杂材料的层间距有所增大.SEM分析显示掺杂钠离子的样品形貌没有明显变化.恒电流充放电测试实验证实掺杂10%钠离子的锰氧化物的电化学性能最好,在1 A·g-1的电流密度下,放电比容量达到305.4 F·g-1,300圈循环后容量保持率为100%,表明钠离子预嵌入能够有效提高锰氧化物材料的电化学性能.

Abstract: Sodium-doped porous manganese oxides microspheres were successfully prepared via a simple hydrothermal process. XRD result shows that the sodium addition does not affect the structure of manganese oxides. But the peak corresponding to (001)crystal plane shift to a lower diffraction angle, meaning that the interplanar of the materials becomes wider. SEM result shows that a small quantity of sodium have no effect on the morphology of products. It is found that 10% molar ratio of sodium-doped manganese oxides exhibit the best specific capacitance of 305. 4 F·g-1 at a current density of 1 A·g-1 , and exhibit excellent electrochemical stability of remained 100% after 300 cycles. This means that sodium doping can enhance the electrochemical property of manganese oxides materials.
