Problems Faced by Plant Fiber Reinforced Cement-Based Composites and Research Status of Its Related Modification

摘要: 作为一种新型绿色环保建筑材料,植物纤维增强水泥基复合材料受到了广大科研人员的青睐,但目前仍面临着众多问题。本文归纳总结了在植物纤维增强水泥基复合材料研究中的三大主要问题——植物纤维的高吸水率、植物纤维在水泥基复合材料中的劣化以及植物纤维对水泥基复合材料的阻凝作用,分析了造成这些问题的主要原因,列举了常见的改性方法并深入阐述了相应的改性机理及研究现状,最后展望了植物纤维增强水泥基复合材料的研究前景,以期为今后植物纤维资源化利用提供参考。

Abstract: As a new type of green environmental protection building materials, plant fiber reinforced cement-based composites have been favored by many researchers, but there are still many problems. Three main problems in the study of plant fiber reinforced cement-based composites were summarized, namely, the high water absorption of plant fiber, the deterioration of plant fiber and the anticoagulation effect of plant fiberin cement-based composites. The main causes of these problems were analyzed. The common modification methods were listed and the corresponding modification mechanism and research status were described in detail. In the end, the research prospect of plant fiber reinforced cement-based composites was prospected, which provides reference for the resource utilization of plant fiber in the future.
