摘要: 3D打印混凝土特殊的施工工艺对混凝土材料提出了新的要求。从混凝土外加剂出发,合理选择外加剂的种类及用量可以有效调节3D打印混凝土的流变性、凝结特性、强度及耐久性,保证3D打印混凝土的可建造性及使用性。本文以3D打印混凝土的性能要求为基础,分析可以改善3D打印混凝土相关性能潜在外加剂的作用机理及使用情况,为3D打印混凝土在外加剂的选择上提供理论建议,并提出3D打印混凝土外加剂未来的发展方向。

Abstract: The special construction technology of 3D printed concrete puts forward new requirements for concrete materials. The reasonable selection of the type and dosage of admixtures effectively adjusts the rheology, setting property, strength and durability of 3D printed concrete, and ensures the constructability and useability of 3D printed concrete. In this paper, the performance requirements of 3D printed concrete were firstly discussed, and then the action mechanism and usage of admixtures were analyzed, and theoretical suggestions for the selection of admixtures for 3D printed concrete were provided. At last, the future development of admixtures for 3D printed concrete were proposed.
