玄武岩纤维掺量对混凝土耐硫酸盐腐蚀性和抗渗性的影响

Effect of Basalt Fiber Content on Sulfate Resistance and Impermeability of Concrete

摘要: 通过测试玄武岩纤维混凝土受硫酸盐侵蚀后的抗压、抗拉强度腐蚀系数、质量变化率和体积膨胀率,研究不同掺量玄武岩纤维对混凝土耐硫酸盐侵蚀性影响.同时,对不同掺量玄武岩纤维混凝土的抗渗性和孔结构进行了研究.结果表明,掺入0.1%~0.5%的玄武岩纤维后,能使混凝土中的总孔体积减少,有害、多害孔减少,孔结构得到改善,混凝土的抗硫酸盐侵蚀能力和抗渗性都有不同程度的提高,且当玄武岩纤维掺量为0.3%时,混凝土耐硫酸盐腐蚀性能和抗渗性最好.

Abstract: The effects of different basalt fiber content on the sulfate resistance of concrete were studied by testing the corrosion resistance coefficient of strength, the mass-change rate and volume expansion ratio of concrete.Meanwhile, the impermeability and pore structure of the concrete with different basalt fiber content were studied.The results show that the incorporation of 0.1%-0.5%basalt fiber can reduce the total pore volume, reduce the content of harmful large pores and more hazardous holes and optimize pore structure.Therefore, the sulfate resistance and impermeability of concrete were improved to different extents.Meanwhile, the sulfate resistance and impermeability of concrete with 0.3% fiber content are best.
