高温作用后高性能混凝土内部钢筋的锈蚀电位检测

Corrosion Potential Detection of Internal Reinforcing Bar in High Performance Concrete after High Temperature

摘要: 为探讨火灾高温后高性能混凝土内部钢筋的损伤情况,采用半电池电位法对经不同温度作用后掺与不掺聚丙烯纤维的C60高性能混凝土内部钢筋锈蚀电位进行检测.试验结果表明:随作用温度升高,素混凝土和掺聚丙纤维混凝土内钢筋锈蚀电位值总体相差不大,其绝对值变化规律为:20~500 ℃范围内,呈上升趋势;500~700 ℃范围内变化不大;钢筋直径和不同的冷却方式对混凝土内钢筋锈蚀电位值的绝对值影响均较小.

Abstract: In order to study the damage of steel bars in high performance concrete after high temperature effect, the Half-cell potential method was used to detect the corrosion potential of the internal reinforcement of C60 high performance concrete,which mixed with and without polypropylene fiber and after a different temperature effect.The results show that steel corrosion potential value in the plain concrete and polypropylene fiber reinforced concrete generally have little difference with the increase of temperature.The change rule of absolute value is as follows: In the range of 20-500 ℃, the absolute value of the corrosion potential increases with temperature; In the range of 500-700 ℃, the absolute value of the corrosion potential is almost unchanged with the temperature rise; The reinforcement diameter and the different cooling method have little effect on the corrosion potential value of the steel inside the concrete.
