凹凸棒土/炭复合材料的制备及其对有机物的吸附特性

Preparation of Palygorskite/Carbon Composites and Adsorption Properties on Organic Compounds

摘要: 以凹凸棒土和稻壳为原料,分别通过酸、碱、盐等改性方法制备了一系列凹凸棒土/炭复合材料,并采用BET、XRD、SEM、FT-IR等表征手段对所制备的复合材料的表面结构形貌进行分析.进而考察了吸附时间、投加量等因素对复合材料吸附苯酚性能影响.结果表明,酸改性制备的复合材料对苯酚的吸附效果最佳,且在酸浓度为0.8 mol·L-1、酸化时间为4 h,苯酚吸附量达到最大值8.02 mg·g-1.最后,采用高温再生技术对吸附苯酚后的复合材料进行再生实验,复合材料的吸附能力恢复到原来的85.3%,具有较好的吸附再生效果.所制备的复合材料以生物质废弃物稻壳为原料,实现了"以废治废"的目的.

Abstract: Palygorskite /carbon composite materials were prepared from palygorskite and rice husk by different treatments.The structures of samples were characterized by Brunner -Emmet-Teller (BET), X-ray diffraction (XRD), Scanning electron microscopy (SEM), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) analysis.The influences of the adsorption time and adsorbent dosage on the phenol adsorption properties were investigated.Palygorskite /carbon composites prepared by acid modification have good performance on phenol adsorption .Under the condition of the acid concentration is 0.8 mol· L-1 and the acid modification time is 4 h, the adsorbent prepared performs well and the adsorption capacity is 8.02 mg· g-1 .The method of high temperature was used in regeneration of the palygorskite /carbon composite materials after phenol adsorption , and the result shows that the percentages of regeneration reach 85.3%.The biomass carbon prepared by rice husk has realized its resource utilization .
