基于FTIR与XRD的改性钠基蒙脱土结构分析及优选预测

Structural Analysis and Optimization Forecast of Modified Na-Montmorillonite by XRD and FTIR

摘要: 以钠基蒙脱土和十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)制备改性钠基蒙脱土.研究去离子水用量、CTAB用量、搅拌速度、搅拌温度和滴加时间对改性钠基蒙脱土效果的影响,利用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪和X射线衍射仪分析改性钠基蒙脱土的组成结构与组成成分.研究改性钠基蒙脱土组成结构参数与片层间距的预测模型.结果表明:改性钠基蒙脱土的相容性提高,其片层间距显著增加.当Spread为0.55时,RBF网络具有最佳的逼近效果.获得优选预测结果,即改性钠基蒙脱土的最优片层间距为1.912 nm.

Abstract: Modified Na-montmorillonite was prepared with Na-montmorillonite and cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide ( CTAB).The influence of abandoned effect of modified Na -montmorillonite by deionized water yield, CTAB yield, stirring speed, mixing temperature and drop in time were researched . Structure and composition of modified Na -montmorillonite was analyzed by FTIR and XRD.The optimization forecast model for the structure parameters and lamella spacing of modified Na -montmorillonite were researched.The results show that compatibility of modified Na -montmorillonite increases, interlamellar spacing increases significantly .RBF neural network has the best approximation effect, when "Spread" is 0.55.Receive optimal prediction results , such as optimal layer spacing of modified Na-montmorillonite is 1.912 nm.
