摘要: 合成气作为现代化工的基础原料,可通过化学链气化技术制得.利用湿法磷酸工业的副产物—磷石膏作为载氧体,通过热重分析仪和管式炉研究在N2条件、水蒸气作为气化剂的条件下,SiO2、Al2 O3和Fe2 O3对化学链燃烧过程中合成气的产出量的影响.实验结果表明:高温条件有益于合成气的产出,Fe2 O3的加入对CO气体的产出有明显的影响,而SiO2则更利于H2的产出,而Al2 O3的加入对合成气的整体产出量有促进作用.

Abstract: Syngas as the basic chemical industial material can be obtained by chemical looping gasification(CLG).Phosphogypsum as a by-product of wet process phosphoric acid industry , was used as the oxygen carrier.The influences of SiO 2 , Al2 O3 and Fe2 O3 in phosphogypsum of chemical -looping combustion process on the output of syngas though the thermogravimetric analysis and tube furnace under the condition of N2 and steam as gasifying agent were studied .Experimental results show that the high temperature is beneficial to the synthesis of gas output , the addition of Fe2 O3 has a significant effect on the output of CO, while adding SiO2 is more beneficial to the output of H 2 and the addition of Al 2 O3 can promote the overall output of syngas .
