一种新形式非线性钢纤维混凝土本构关系

A New Form of Nonlinear Steel Fiber Reinforced Concrete Constitutive Relation

摘要: 通过对钢纤维体积率分别为0%、0.75%、1.5%、3%、4.5%、6% 的钢纤维混凝土材料准静态力学性能试验,得到同一应变率下,不同钢纤维含量钢纤维混凝土的应力-应变关系曲线.基于唯象学理论并由试验结果可知:随着纤维含量的增加,钢纤维混凝土材料的峰值应变、峰值应力都随之提高,达到峰值应力后出现应力的应变软化现象.以此试验结果为基础,提出了一种依赖于应变和钢纤维相关函数的新形式非线性本构关系,并通过对试验曲线的三步逐次最小二乘优选模拟,得到了相应的材料参数.结果表明,该本构关系对试验数据的模拟效果较好.

Abstract: The material quasi-static mechanics performance experiments of steel fiber reinforced concrete with the fiber volume ratio of 0%, 0.75%, 1.5%, 3%, 4.5% and 6% were carried out to obtain the stress-strain curves under the same strain rate .Based on the phenomenological theory of the experimental results showed that with the increase of fiber content , the peak strain and the peak stress of the steel reinforced concrete are increased, and the strain softening after the peak stress was observed .Based on the assumption that there are two independent factors to control the nonlinear behavior of the steel fiber reinforced concrete, one is related to strain to indicate the nonlinear stress -strain behavior and the other is related to the fiber volume ratio to express the fiber content effect , a new type of constitutive equation is proposed.The details how to get the equation and the material parameters is discussed completely and the least squares optimization numerical simulations were used to fit the experiment curves .Good agreement between numerical simulations and experiment curves is achieved and hence , it is of great significance for the reasonable design of steel fiber concrete in practical engineering .
