预留孔钢筋浆锚搭接试验研究及可靠度分析

摘要: 钢筋搭接的可靠性是影响预制装配式混凝土结构整体性的关键.为确定预留孔钢筋浆锚搭接的搭接长度,完成了36个试件的拉拔试验,建立了极限搭接长度的计算式,并基于中心点法进行了可靠度分析.结果表明,除3个试件发生锚固破坏外,其余33个试件均发生钢筋拉断破坏,建立的极限搭接长度计算结果与试验结果符合较好,并给出了具有可靠度保证的预留孔钢筋浆锚搭接长度.

Abstract: The integrity of precast concrete structure is mainly influenced by the reliability of reinforced bar lap splice.In order to obtain the anchor length of grout-filled lap splice,36 specimens were tested with a direct tensile load, the formula of the ultimate anchor length was established, and the reliability analysis was carried out using the central point method.The results show that 3 of the 36 specimens occurred anchorage failure,while the rest of the 33 specimens are rebar rupture failure, the calculated results of the ultimate anchor length based on the formula agree well with the test results,and the anchor length of the grout-filled lap splice is proposed with the consideration of the reliability.
