碱激发磷渣地聚物复合胶凝材料的制备及其力学性能研究

Preparation and Performance Research of Phosphorus Slag Composite Cementitious Material by Alkali-activated

摘要: 以磷渣为原料,通过改变磷渣粉磨时间以及碱激发剂掺入量的方式,在蒸汽养护条件下,能够制备出具有较好力学性能的磷渣地聚合物胶凝材料.实验结果表明,碱激发剂为4.2%时,所制备的胶凝材料的力学性能最优,强度能够达到50 MPa;粒度和SEM分析表明,随着磷渣粉的细度提高,材料的力学性能得到进一步改善.玻璃电极法和XRD分析表明,随着体系碱性的增强,磷渣粉的活性不断增大、水化反应更充分,致使非结晶体的水化物转化为稳定的水化硅酸钙以及碱金属水化铝硅盐,从而形成力学性能优良的地聚复合胶凝材料.

Abstract: Using phosphorus slag as raw materials, by changing the phosphorus slag grinding time and alkali excitation agent adding amount,under the condition of steam curing,can the phosphorus slag had better mechanical performance was prepared polymer gel materials.The experimental results show that the mechanical properties of the gelation materials prepared by the alkali excitant are the best when it is 4.2%,and the strength can reach 50 MPa.Particle size and SEM analysis show, the material strength increases with the improvement of the fineness of phosphorus slag powder.System of glass electrode method and XRD analysis show that with the increase of the alkaline activity of phosphorus slag powder increasing activity and hydration reaction more fully,the amorphous hydrated into stable hydrated calcium silicate, and hydrated alkali aluminosilicate salt, thus forming excellent mechanical properties of polyethylene composite cementitious material.
