糯米淀粉对氯氧镁胶凝材料性能影响的研究

Effect of the Glutinous Rice Amylopectin on the Properties of Magnesium Oxychloride Cement Material

摘要: 研究了糯米淀粉(GR)改性对氯氧镁胶凝材料(MOC)性能的影响和泛霜抑制作用,通过XRD、SEM和FT-IR对样品的水化相、微观结构形貌和官能团键合情况进行了表征和分析.实验结果表明:糯米淀粉的加入有利于MOC体系中强度相的生成,糯米淀粉的活性官能团与MOC发生一定的化学键合或物理结合,使水化物呈重叠交叉网状,结构更加致密.糯米淀粉的最佳用量为氧化镁质量分数的3%,在MOC中添加3%的生糯米淀粉(RGR), MOC的3 d、7 d、28 d抗压强度相对于空白样品分别提高46.78%、32.65%、29.49%,28 d软化系数为0.81;添加3%的糊化糯米淀粉(GGR),MOC的3 d、7 d、28 d抗压强度相对于空白样品分别提高38.26%、27.92%、24.91%, 28 d软化系数为0.79.生糯米淀粉较糊化糯米淀粉对MOC性能改善更加明显.

Abstract: The influence of the modification of glutinous rice(GR)amylopectin on the properties of magnesium oxychloride cement(MOC)and the effects of the frost inhibition were studied.The hydration phase compositions,micromorphology and functional group bonding of the samples were characterized and analyzed by XRD, SEM and FT-IR, respectively.The results show that the addition of glutinous rice amylopectin is advantageous to formation of strength phase within the MOC system,the reactive functional groups of starch with MOC are chemically bonded or physical combination, the hydration phase formed crossover network and the micromorphology of samples are more compact.The optimal dosage of glutinous rice amylopectin(RGR)is 3% mass compared to magnesium oxide.Added 3% of raw glutinous rice amylopectin(GGR)into MOC,the 3 d,7 d and 28 d compressive strength relative to the blank sample increased by 46.78%, 32.65% and 29.49%, respectively, and 28 d softening coefficient is 0.81. Added 3% of gelatinized glutinous rice amylopectin into MOC, the 3 d, 7 d and 28 d compressive strength relative to the blank sample strength increased by 38.26%, 27.92% and 24.91%, respectively,and 28 d softening coefficient is 0.79.Compared to gelatinized glutinous rice amylopectin, the raw glutinous rice amylopectin have more obviously effect in the improving of performance to the MOC.
