纳米Mn-Zn铁氧体电磁吸波水泥基材料的制备与性能

Preparation and Properties of Nano Mn-Zn Ferrite Electromagnetic Wave Absorbing Cement-based Materials

摘要: 利用化学共沉淀法制备纳米Mn-Zn铁氧体磁流体,再以一定比例将其掺入水泥浆体制备吸波层,以膨胀珍珠岩作为匹配层,制备双层水泥基吸波材料,研究了不同纳米组分掺入量对该种水泥基材料吸波性能的影响.结果表明:纳米Mn-Zn铁氧体吸波砂浆在厚度(20+10)mm、掺量7%时,在8~18 GHz频段内反射率都小于-10 dB,最小反射率为18 GHz处的-15.1 dB.

Abstract: Nano Mn-Zn ferrite magnetic fluid was prepared by chemical coprecipitation method,and then was added to the cement paste to prepare the wave absorbing layer with a certain proportion.Double layer cement-based wave absorbing materials were prepared by using expanded perlite as a matching layer,and the effects of the content of nano Mn-Zn ferrite on absorbing properties of the cement-based wave absorbing materials were investigated.The results show that the reflectivity of nano Mn-Zn ferrite wave absorbing mortar is less than -10 dB in the range of 8-18 GHz,and the minimum reflectivity is -15.1 dB at 18 GHz,when the thickness is(20+10)mm and content is 7%.
