改性方法对石墨烯改性有机膨润土颗粒吸附性能的影响

Effect of Modification Method on the Adsorption Properties of Organobentonite Granules Modified with Graphene

摘要: 分别在微波和超声条件下,以十八烷基三甲基氯化铵(OTAC)和石墨烯为复合改性剂、聚乙烯醇(PVA)为粘结剂、淀粉为造孔剂,制备石墨烯改性有机膨润土颗粒(OTAC-GMBG/M、OTAC-GMBG/U).运用EDS、FTIR、SEM、XRD、BET等手段,研究了不同改性方法对颗粒吸附剂内部构造变化的影响,并将其用于水中Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附.结果表明:两种改性方法所得颗粒吸附剂中石墨烯与有机膨润土复合成功,官能团中形成了酰胺键,层间距和比表面积优化明显.微波条件更利于膨润土改性,OTAC-GMBG/M的孔隙结构更完善,层间距由1.265 nm增大至2.708 nm,比表面积为51.3482 m2· g-1,吸附性能更优异.当温度为50 ℃,pH值为6,OTAC-GMBG/M投加量为1 g· 100 mL-1,吸附30 min时,对1.85 mg· L-1溶液中Cr(Ⅵ)的去除率可达96.54%.

Abstract: Graphene modified organobentonite granules(OTAC-GMBG/M、OTAC-GMBG/U)were prepared by using graphene and octadearyl dimethyl ammonium chloride(OTAC)as modifier together, under the conditions of microwave and ultrasonic respectively.The granules were conducted by mixing with polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)as binder and starch as pore former under roasting.The samples were characterized by EDS,FTIR, SEM, XRD, and BET to confirm how the process of modification would affect the internal structure of GMBG.The adsorption of the granulated absorbent on Cr(Ⅵ)was investigated.The result shows that graphene and organobentonite composite uniformly and the key bond are formed between the framework of organobentonite.The microwave modification is selected as the pore structure of OTAC-GMBG/M is evidently improved by granulation.The basal spacing of OTAC-GMBG/M has increased from 1.265 nm to 2.708 nm,the surface area go up to 51.3482 m2· g-1.At 50 ℃,the removal rate of OTAC-GMBG/M on Cr(Ⅵ)could reach 96.54%under the following conditions:the pH value is 6,the adsorption time is 30 min,the dosage is 1 g· 100 mL-1.
