浮法玻璃下开口泡形成机理研究

Researsh on Formation Mechanism of Opening Bubbles under Float Glass

摘要: 通过对某锡槽槽底温度升高时,玻璃板下开口泡的气体分析,发现该气泡组分主要是氢气;根据气泡形成相关理论计算结合生产实际情况,研究分析表明,浮法玻璃下开口氢气泡形成的主要机理是锡槽槽底温度升高,槽底气体空间中氢气通过耐火砖贯通孔扩散溶入锡液中,形成氢的过饱和溶液,过饱和的氢再向耐火砖表面易于形成气泡的开口孔处聚集、形成气泡并长大、上浮,最终导致玻璃板下开口泡缺陷.

Abstract: The main composition that leads to the opening bubbles under the float glass is hydrogen, founded by analyzing the opening bubbles gas when the tin bath bottom temperature rising.According to the theoretical calculation and combining the production realities, the analysis shows the formation mechanism of the opening bubbles of the float glass is that when the tin bath bottom temperature is rising, the hydrogen in the gas compartment of the tin bath bottom diffuses into the molten tin through the through holes in the refractory brick, and disolves into the molten tin, resulting the molten tin oversaturation to hydrogen.Then the surplus hydrogen diffuses into the surface hole of the refractory brick at where the bubbles are easily formed and then form into gas bubble and the bubble continues to grow up and then floats,leading to the opening bubble defect.
