湖北某磷矿反浮选钾长石试验研究

Experimental Study on Reverse Flotation of Potash Feldspar from Phosphate Ore in Hubei

摘要: 针对湖北某低品位难选硅钙(镁)质磷矿,主要脉石矿物为钾长石,原矿P2O5品位19.84%,SiO2品位27.78%.在磨矿细度-0.074 mm占比80.16%,预先脱除白云石及细泥的情况下,用醚胺类捕收剂T-609反浮选钾长石,可获得精矿P2O5品位33.65%,回收率达72.83%的良好指标,实现了磷灰石和钾长石的有效分离.捕收剂T-609与钾长石主要以物理吸附为主,T-609和消泡剂TOP的搭配使用,可有效改善阳离子捕收剂反浮选钾长石泡沫性能.

Abstract: With the experimental research on a kind of low grade phosphate ore with high silicon and calcium in Hubei.The main gangue mineral is potash feldspar,the P2O5 grade of the raw ore is 19.84%,and the grade of SiO2 is 27.78%.Under the condition that the grinding fineness is 80.16% passing-0.074 mm and pre removal of dolomite and fine slime,using ether amine cation collector T-609 to remove feldspar.The P2O5 grade of concentrate is 33.65%,the recovery rate is 72.83%.The effective separation of apatite and potash feldspar has been realized.The collector T-609 and potash feldspar are physically adsorbed,and the use of T-609 combine with defoaming agent TOP,the foam properties of cationic collectors to reverse flotation feldspar can be effectively improved.
