摘要: 为探究垃圾填埋场PBFC防渗浆材各组分对可灌性的影响,测试了不同配比浆材的流动度和可泵期.研究发现,随着膨润土及水泥掺量的增加,PBFC防渗浆材的可泵期和流动度随之减小,而聚乙烯醇和减水剂组分对浆材流动度和可泵期的影响存在互相制约的关系.试验所得满足垃圾填埋场可灌性要求的PBFC浆材典型配比(质量百分比)为:水泥18% ~24%、膨润土19% ~26%、聚乙烯醇0.2%~0.8%、减水剂0.01%~0.03%,余之为水.

Abstract: In order to analyze the influence of each component of PBFC slurry on groutability,the fluidity and pumpable time of the slurry with different formula were tested.Through experiment it finds that the pumpable time and fluidity of the PBFC impervious material decrease with the add of bentonite and cement,the influence of polyvinyl alcohol and water reducing agent on the groutability interact with each other.Insure that make the groutability to meet specification requirements,it optimizes formula of PBFC metarial (mass percent) to:18%-24% cement,19%-26% bentonite,0.2%-0.8% polyvinyl alcohol,0.01%-0.03% water reducing agent and the rest is water.
