明色沥青的制备及性能对比研究

Comparative Study on the Preparation and Performance of Clear Binder

摘要: 沥青的制备工艺直接影响其性能.分析了明色沥青的材料组成比例,溶胀工艺、剪切工艺以及发育工艺等关键参数,并在最佳工艺条件下与道路石油沥青对比了常规性能指标、相态转变性能以及力学性能.实验结果表明,在最佳工艺条件下采用50%树脂和50%溶剂油共混,并掺加6%改性剂,制备的明色沥青路用性能优于A90道路石油沥青;与A90道路石油沥青相比,明色沥青且具有相似的相态转变过程;添加的改性剂改善了明色沥青的力学性能,特别是低温韧性和柔性.

Abstract: Preparation process of asphalt directly influences its performance.Key parameters of clear binder were analyzed,such as composition proportion,swelling process,shearing process,development process and so on.Conventional performance indexes,phase transition performance and mechanical performance of clear binder were also compared with road petroleum asphalt under the optimum technological conditions.Reaults show that 50% of resin and 50% of solvent oil are mixed into prepare clear binder,and then 6% of modifier are also mixed into the blends under the optimum conditions.It has a better pavement performance and a similar phase transition process compared with A90 road petroleum asphalt.Mechanical properties of the bright colored asphalt are improved by added modifier,especially low temperature toughness and flexibility.
