锈蚀钢筋混凝土黏结性能及本构关系的试验研究

Experimental Research on Bond Behavior and Bond Stress-slip Relationship between Corroded Steel Bars and Concrete

摘要: 通过电化学加速锈蚀方法,获得了不同锈蚀率下(0 ~4.84%)高强钢筋与混凝土的黏结-滑移曲线.分析了钢筋锈蚀率对钢筋与混凝土之间黏结强度、黏结刚度的影响.结果表明:钢筋锈蚀率较低时(≤2.22%),黏结强度、黏结刚度均随锈蚀率的增长而增强;当钢筋锈蚀率超过3.46%时,试件出现锈胀裂纹,黏结强度、黏结刚度出现明显衰退;基于试验结果,建立了高强钢筋锈蚀后与混凝土间黏结-滑移本构方程,可用于对锈蚀钢筋混凝土结构的有限元分析提供参考.

Abstract: The bond-slip curves between high strength reinforcing bars and concrete with reinforcement mass loss percentage ranged from 0 to 4.84% was studied by electro-chemistry method.The effect of corrosion ratio on bond strength as well as bond stiffness between high strength reinforcing bar and concrete were analyzed.The experimental results indicated that the bond strength as well as bond stiffness between high strength reinforcing bars and concrete increases with increasing corrosion ratio when corrosion percentage is below 2.22%,and then decreases when corrosion percentage exceed 3.46%.Based on the test results,the bond-slip constitutive equation with considered the influence of corrosion is proposed,which can be used in finite element analysis of corroded reinforced-concrete.
