早期开放交通对水泥混凝土路面寿命影响的理论分析研究

Effect of Early Opening Traffic on Life of Cement Concrete Pavement

摘要: 过早开放交通,行车荷载会对新建水泥混凝土路面造成一定的破坏.基于Miner线性损伤理论构建水泥混凝土路面寿命损失模型,在此基础上研究了水泥混凝土路面结构设计参数不同时,早期开放交通对水泥混凝土路面寿命的影响.最后以寿命损失<1%为标准,给出了水泥混凝土强度形成早期内,在不同的时间开放交通所需要的路面厚度.结果表明,因混凝土早期抗弯拉强度、回弹模量与养生龄期呈半对数关系,日交通量、面层与基层厚度的变化对水泥混凝土路面的寿命损失影响较大,基层回弹模量和土基回弹模量的变化对早期开放交通造成的损失变化不明显.为了达到水泥混凝土路面在施工完成后尽早开放交通的目的,实施有效的交通管制或增加路面厚度最为有效,研究结论为水泥混凝土路面的设计和最佳开放交通时间的确定提供了参考依据.

Abstract: The vehicle load will cause damage to the new cement concrete pavement due to the early opening to traffic.Based on the Miner linear damage theory,the life loss model of cement concrete pavement was constructed, on this basis, the effect of different design parameters on the life loss was studied.Finally,during the strength formation of cement concrete, the life loss <1% was used as the standard to evaluate what the pavement thickness required at different times to open traffic.The results show that the early flexural tensile strength and modulus of elasticity of concrete are in semi logarithmic relationship with the curing age,the change of daily traffic volume,surface thickness and base thickness has great effect on the life loss of cement concrete pavement, the change of the subgrade and soil base elastic modulus is not obvious for the life loss by the early opening traffic.In order to achieve the goal of opening the traffic early in the construction of cement concrete pavement, traffic control and increase of pavement design thickness are the most effective,the conclusion of this study can provide a reference for the design of cement concrete pavement and the determination of the best opening traffic time.
